Tyree Carter Tyree Carter 5'11" | 185 lbs | WR Pebblebrook | 2028 State GA was the leading receiver for Pebblebrook, but Griffin was right behind him as a freshman and has the traits to break the game with another offseason of development. Griffin is a long, lean strider who can work all parts of the field. There is an extra gear he will find, but he has plenty of giddy up, which he pairs with strides that are hard to match. Griffin also plays basketball and baseball. When factoring in future growth, we are beating others to the punch here by ranking Griffin amongst the best receivers in Georgia’s 2029 class.

Another outstanding young pass-catcher from Cobb County, Dimitri Griffin is a big wide out who can really stretch the field at 6’3, 180 pounds. He already looks like a D1-caliber player physically, he runs as well as any receiver in the region and should see his stock and recruitment really take off at some point down the road. He’s fresh off a fantastic freshman season for Pebblebrook where he caught 39 passes for 605 yards and four touchdowns. He shows above-average speed, ball-skills, and brings easy Power Four potential to the table. He’s ranked as the number 2 wide receiver prospect in Georgia for the 2029 class.

A playmaking freshman wideout in the Atlanta area out of Pebblebrook, Griffin is a big weapon with plenty of size and the ability to make big plays after the catch. He can make a tough catch in traffic and has been one of the more productive receivers in the region, catching 30 passes for 479 yards and three touchdowns through his first eight games. He doesn’t look, or play like your typical freshman and will surely see some college opportunities come his way sooner than later. Griffin should see a bump in the next Prep Redzone rankings as well.
