Tough, young, physical cornerback with outstanding coverage skills. Very instinctive with his ability to switch coverage responsibilities and very disruptive with great use-of-hands. Jams at LOS, stays in phase, has a good long arm technique down the SL to make plays on the ball and high-point. Key to how high his ceiling is will be how much he grows over the next couple of years, but the sky is the limit for his potential. No tape yet.

Shannon is a rangy slot corner that has good length on his 5’9″ frame. Tackles well in space including wrapping up low. Good instincts that can run and has solid ball skills in coverage. Bats down passes and had several impressive interceptions.
