Hale is a do it all running back. He’s an impact maker in both the run and pass games. In the ground game he’s an explosive and shifty runner. He possesses great contact balance for a small back. It frequently required more than one defender to get him down as he would take multiple hits while staying on his feet and maintaining leg drive. In the pass game they will split him out into the slot position where he runs strong routes and has great hands. Hale is a really versatile and productive playmaker.
