A two-way standout flying under the radar in North Georgia, Davis showed he’s one of the top 2028 receivers in the surrounding Blairsville area. The shifty, dependable pass-catcher is slippery after the catch and tough to bring down without a fundamental tackle. The 6-foot-0 180-pounder is a strong athlete with a knack for picking up yards after the catch. He’s a weapon in the screen and short passing game, but also showed last fall that he can sneak past defensive backs down the field. Davis hauled in 35 passes for 532 yards and five touchdowns last season in just nine games with the potential to have an even bigger junior season in 2026.

Davis is an underrated player who has popped up on my radar before. He impressed many, including his coaches, with a 120-yard performance in the Georgia Elite Classic. He is an explosive player with impressive vertical speed. He is a tough guard for his current level of competition, consistently proving he can separate both before and after the catch. Davis received all-region honors last fall, and he should yet again be an impact player for Union County this fall.

Davis is a two-way player for Union County coming off a breakout sophomore season. He will project out as a WR. Against his current level of comp, he is simply a mismatch with his combination of size and speed. He generates plenty of explosive plays after the catch, relying on his vision and vertical speed to take advantage of openings and lift off. He contributes at each level as well, and flashes the focus and hands needed to execute when the ball is in the air. Just a rock-solid player who has flashed a lot in his first two years.
