An underrated wideout in Savannah who can make defensive backs look silly, Owens is a quick, shifty receiver who can get open and make plays down the field. One of the region's top 2028 receivers from last season, Owens' speed and natural talent could allow him to have a possible breakout junior season for Calvary Day this fall. As a sophomore last season the 5-foot-9 165-pounder caught 29 passes for 452 yards and two touchdowns. The Cavaliers are loaded with wide receiver talent but it's clear Owens should still make a major impact in 2027

An easy breakout candidate to know at Roswell, Grim is a lean, athletic pass-catcher who is back at full health and has a chance to have a really strong junior season for the Hornets in 2026. At 6-foot-2 175-pounds, Grim brings good size and strong hands at 6-foot-2 175-pounds and should make a big impact in the Roswell passing attack this fall. He's flying under the radar right now, but has a chance to open up a lot of eyes and have a really productive year if he continues to work has and progress properly over the next month and a half.

A two-way standout flying under the radar in North Georgia, Davis showed he's one of the top 2028 receivers in the surrounding Blairsville area. The shifty, dependable pass-catcher is slippery after the catch and tough to bring down without a fundamental tackle. The 6-foot-0 180-pounder is a strong athlete with a knack for picking up yards after the catch. He's a weapon in the screen and short passing game, but also showed last fall that he can sneak past defensive backs down the field. Davis hauled in 35 passes for 532 yards and five touchdowns last season in just nine games with the potential to have an even bigger junior season in 2026.

A multi-sport athlete from Newnan flying under the radar, Biggs is an outstanding basketball player and a promising wide receiver prospect to know at Heritage this fall. A shifty, big-play receiver with good size and natural athleticism at 6-foot-3 185-pounds, Biggs could see his stock and recruitment pick up in a big way this winter with a strong junior season this upcoming season. He showed strong hands and a lot of potential in 2025, catching 17 passes for 343 yards, averaging 20 yards per catch. He'll be an easy addition to the 2028 Prep Redzone rankings this summer.

A dynamic West Georgia wide receiver on the rise in the 2028 class, Woodson is an electric runner who can make a major impact both at wide receiver and in the return game on special teams. The quick, twitchy wideout turned some heads as a sophomore last season, catching just 14 passes but making them all count for 335 yards and seven touchdowns. He's one of the fastest 2028 receivers in the region who is already seeing some respectable Power Four offers come his way. With a giant junior season Woodson should see bigger and bigger offers come his way over time.
