is one of the more fascinating players in the state of Louisiana when it comes to his talent level on both the outside and the inside. He does everything the right way, which has helped land him as the No. 2 wide receiver in the state, along with being ranked as the No. 6 player in the state as a whole. He is an outstanding prospect and is set for a massive season. One that could even land him with a top-five ranking. He will have a tall mountain to climb when it comes to passing Royal, but if anyone can do it… it’s Whitley.

is one of the better players in the state of Louisiana, as he represents the best route running in the state, but is also compatible with great hands and solid size. He is one of my favorite prospects in the country and will be dominant this season. He has the “it” factor and will be one of the players with the biggest chance to rise in the top-15. If Whitley reaches his top potential, he will be elite in almost every aspect of his game. Whitley is a star now and will be a star in college to say the least.
