Ryan is a prospect on both sides of the ball as an athletic performer that operates with a good motor. During an in-person scout at Solon in Week 3 of the 2025, Ryan confirmed what I saw from his last year. He caught five passes for 45 yards. A future on the next level as a slot receiver is a plausible path with his quickness in space and ability to make people miss. On defense, Ryan contributed 6.0 tackles, five of which were of the solo variety, against the Spartans. His well-rounded skill set as a defensive back could be most attractive to staffs on the next level. He can lock down in coverage and also isn’t afraid to throw his nose in there on run support.
