Pickard will probably project out as an IOL, but I think he could hold his own at all 5 spots given his strength and athleticism. He effortlessly displaces defenders, firing his feet and staying engaged through the whistle. He has the athleticism needed to tie his game together by occupying space in the second level and snapping off combo blocks. Pickard should sound P4 alarms over the next two years.
