Camp season will be huge for Michael Gray Michael Gray 5'10" | 160 lbs | ATH John Glenn-Westland | 2026 State MI . He has good return highlights and could just be a return specialist for a D3 or D2 squad. Good run stopper and physicality.

Micahel is a very, very recent find. I only have this season’s tape to go off of, but that tape is incredibly impressive. If Michael can put together a great Junior season highlight tape, he could parlay that with great camp performances, hopefully resulting in D2 offers.
- Extremely instinctive athlete
- HIGH effort. Several sideline-to-sideline stops as a DB
- Flashes elite open-field ability. Several kick returns for TDs
- Seems to have great athletic traits, should test well
- Step on the gas after this season and prepare for an amazing evaluation period (May – July)!!!
– Only thing I’m unsure about is man coverage

Westland Glenn is my #31 Ranked team in Division 1, and Michael Gray Michael Gray 5'10" | 160 lbs | ATH John Glenn-Westland | 2026 State MI seems to be a big reason why.
First off, he has THREE kick returns for a touchdown in weeks 1-3 alone. The big thing that stands out with the returns is his patience. Michael doesn’t full-out sprint right away or run laterally- he waits for his blocks and navigates open space without running east-west.
I like the rest of his tape quite a bit as well. Go to 1:58 and watch as Michael diagnoses the run pre-snap and sprints to the sideline, forcing 3rd down. At 2:40, you see more of that patience and vision.
A lot of his recruitment will ride on his athletic testing numbers as well as his 1-on-1 man coverage. With his current tape, I’d say Michael is a future GLIAC prospect.
