About Max

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I love to compete and make plays that change the game. If it's 4th down I want the ball on Offense and want to make the stop on Defense. Whatever it takes to win is what I want to do.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I am laid back off the field and pretty quiet, but when the lights come on I am all gas and no brakes.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I play baseball also, but have been a member of FCA and things like that but no major awards for things off the field.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I am lucky enough to be a coaches kid and so I have been raised being a team player, and learning to serve others. That is big in our house is to serve others and do whatever it takes to make the team, or organization successful. I think I am definitely a leader, but I would think I am a leader by my play and actions more than my words.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

I broke my hand in game ten and I had two options. One to pad it up and not play offense only defense, or have a surgery on a Tuesday to put a screw in it and just tough it out playing with a glove on it so I could catch the ball. I picked the surgery and caught a TD on the first drive of the game. That was one of the most mentality tough things I have done.

What type of college are you looking for?

Somewhere that can make me a better person and help me grow and develop to be a better man and player.

The 6’0 221 LB prospect is still relatively under the radar in the recruiting world but anyone that has watched his film knows this kid can play at the next level. The Region DPOY has good speed, quickness and is very physical at the point of contact. A natural football player that plays with passion. Was selected to the prestigious Rising Seniors All Star game this past December. A weight room warrior that ha already hit 315 PC max.

Offers/Outlook

No official reported offers yet but is receiving interest from multiple programs. The Top 25 LB prospect is a stock riser this off season.
