Avon Lake 6’3, 195 lb. wide receiver Matthew Stuewe Matthew Stuewe 6'3" | 190 lbs | WR Avon Lake | 2023 State OH has had a busy fall and has earned PWO offers from Ohio and Virginia Tech in the latter part of the fall to go along with visits to Fordham and Syracuse. Stuewe is long, balanced, and can run a variety of routes downfield, underneath the LBs, and when adjusting to a scrambling QB. This, plus his solid speed for his size and the capability to highpoint the football and pluck the ball out of the air with his large hands, make him an intriguing combination of physical tools and technique that did damage on a variety of routes in 2022. He’s efficient at setting up CBs and getting them out of position when pressing at the LOS, his ball skills are great, and Stuewe also shows a little bit of juice after the catch. No wonder FBS and P5 schools are getting involved!
