This is a raw prospect, but his ceiling is as high as any player still available in WI. He has an elite frame at 6’6″ 240 lbs. We have seen him put on 20 lbs, so I don’t see an issue getting him to the size needed to play OT at the next level. On tape, Malvitz has impressive feet and overall agility to get into a position of leverage on level one or to get to level two and hit his target. Matthew has the power needed to move the line of scrimmage with his blocking of DLs. Matthew also brings position versatility, standing out at DE.

Here is an intriguing prospect who could become a massive steal for a college program. Matthew has a long frame at 6’6″ 220 lbs. He has experience at DE, but in 2022 the ’24 played most of his time at LT. While doesn’t have the weight on his frame for that position now, Malvitz has plenty of room to fill out and meet the standards for OT or DE. Watching through the tape, Matthew does a solid job with technique. He plays with solid knee and ankle bend. He keeps a wide base, and uses quick feet to get him in position against the DL. Malvitz also consistently uses his hands to initiate contact and clamp on. A team that is willing to put in the resources to fill out his frame could get a big time impact player.
