Against Bishop Canevin, Sieg broke the all-time record for combined passing and rushing yards and did it in vintage fashion, taking his first touch of the night to the house. What makes Sieg special is his ability to dominate at multiple spots. He’s an electric playmaker at quarterback, capable of changing games with both his arm and his legs, but it might not even be his best position. On defense, he’s just as impactful at safety, flying downhill to deliver punishing hits and showing range to erase plays to the boundary. Sieg is simply a pure football player instinctive, physical, and competitive. He’s the kind of prospect you start building relationships with now, because he’s only going to keep getting better.
