In every senior class, there are a handful of prospects that should simply be getting more attention and more importantly, more opportunities to play at the next level. Vian standout Masyn Wright Masyn Wright 5'11" | 180 lbs | RB/DB Vian | 2026 State OK is at the top of the list for this senior class. Wright has been an absolute star for the Wolverines for several years but in the last two seasons in particular, he’s simply been one of the top players in the state. He was a finalist for our Player Of The Year award last year and has the Wolverines one win away from making another trip back to Edmond to compete for the state title. For us personally, we like what Wright does on the offensive side of the ball but the truth is, he can play several different positions.

Vian senior Masyn Wright Masyn Wright 5'11" | 180 lbs | RB/DB Vian | 2026 State OK is one of the best football players in the state of Oklahoma. It doesn’t matter what capacity we’re talking about, Wright checks just about every box there is. Last season, he exploded for over 2,100 yards and 37 touchdowns on the ground. He was a threat as a pass-catcher out of the backfield and as a return man in special teams. Defensively, he lives up to the Vian hype of having a hard-hitting defense. Wright was one of the finalists for our PRZ-Oklahoma Player Of The Year award. Needless to say, he’s going into this season as one of the favorites to win it. If you’re looking for an easy highlight reel, here’s your guy as every time Wright touches the ball, he’s a threat to score.

There is no debate about this, Vian junior Masyn Wright Masyn Wright 5'11" | 180 lbs | RB/DB Vian | 2026 State OK has been one of the best players in the state this season. He is an absolute game changer on the offensive side of the ball. He’s had multiple games where the majority of times he’s touched the ball, he’s scored. Really think about that last statement. He’s a true threat to score every single time he touches the ball and he’s done it in a variety of ways this season. As a running back, quarterback, wide receiver, defender, kick returner, wherever Wright lines up on the field, he’s arguably the best player on that field. Wright has been a really good player in his first two seasons at Vian but this season, he’s elevated to a truly elite talent.
