is that guy and we’re looking forward to seeing what he does this season, running the show in the Vian offense. Last season, he managed the game and knew his role as he had two running backs that combined for over 3,000 yards. And while the running game is still the strength, we think that Trammel will offer some explosive playmaking with his arm. This spring, we got a chance to watch Trammel up close and his ability to push the ball down the field was one of our big takeaways.

is new to the Vian program and he gives the Wolverines a completely new dynamic at the quarterback position. Last season, the Wolverines put one of the best athletes in the state’s 2026 class back at quarterback but he’s definitely more valuable in other spots. So adding Trammel to the backfield and giving the Wolverines a real passing threat at quarterback will make this Vian offense much more difficult to gameplan for. It’s expected that the Wolverines will still run two quarterbacks out there throughout the 2024 season but Trammel is the pass-first quarterback but don’t overlook his ability to tuck the ball and run when he needs to do so.
