The 6-foot-1, 200-pound Isch is a fast and twitchy outside linebacker who can get downhill and sideline to sideline very quickly.

Excels as a pass rusher who shows a quick first step and can really bend/redirect. Sets the edge when needed against the run.

Operates against the pass quite well and for sure in zone but able to stay with skill players in man comfortably. Shows the ability to break on a receiver quickly in zone.

This past fall he had a whopping 111 tackles, 16 tackles for loss, six sacks, seven pass break ups and one forced fumble.

Isch was honored as a 1st Team All-North Central Kansas League linebacker and a Honorable Mention 4A All-State linebacker.

Overall he has the make-up to be a highly recruited linebacker prospect. Excels in the classroom where he holds a 4.07 GPA.
