Expert Analysis
Ben Mitchum | Prep Redzone Scout
The 6-foot-1, 210-pound Fulton is a strongly built drop back pass with a powerful lower base. Even though he prefers to to stay in the pocket, he has the definite ability to run with power when called upon. This past fall he rushed for 823-yards and 11 rushing touchdowns.
He also shows the ability to operate in the pocket very fluidity and makes quick sound decisions. If that means stepping up into the pass rush while keeping his eyes down field or moving side-to-side with ease. He shows that he can throw off platform when needed and still be highly effective.
This past fall he passed for 2,238-yards and 25 touchdowns. He completed 68% of his passes.
Those numbers helped him garner 1st Team 4A All-State quarterback and 1st Team All-North Central Kansas League at the same position.
Fulton should garner plenty of college attention and his 4.1 GPA in the classroom should improve his opportunities.

Fulton is a young gun-slinging quarterback who, like his community, epitomizes the term “All-American.” Wamego is a shirt-off-your-back, flag-waving community where an episode of “Friday Night Lights” could be filmed. I have seen plenty of social media posts from the Red Raider nation of football players attending community events and coaching up young athletes at local camps. In the words of another professional wrestler, Baley, who loved and emulated another of my childhood icons, Randy “Macho Man” Savage; Fulton is a “Role Model” to his peers and community members.

, 6’0”, 200, QB, Wamego, ‘27. He is one of the 2027 quarterbacks I have been following closely and am really impressed with his game. He is coming off a late-season knee injury that prevented him from playing 7v7 this spring but is almost healed and already working the off-season grind. Today he will be at Peru State, followed by Sharp Performance the end of May and then Washburn in June with more to follow. Coming off an excellent sophomore season as a dynamic dual-threat quarterback with a live arm, he put up mature numbers last year, completing 102 of 161 passes for 1,746 yards, 64% completion and 19 touchdowns. He already makes the difficult throws, from layering the ball in between defenders to rifling deep velocity bullets and throws well with accurate ball placement on the move. As a runner he is fast and elusive and particularly dangerous extending plays on the perimeter. Get your popcorn handy, this guy is going to put on a show this fall.
