Fullmer was the heart and soul of the defense for Highland finishing this year with 88 tackles. What is most amazing is that Fullmer finished his career second in school history in tackles at 272 for a program that has churned out NFL level talent. Fullmer has a high football IQ to go with an excellent motor. Using his strong base and balance he is able to knock back lineman to shed them while making tackles all over the field. Has really good timing when it comes to blitzing and is a violent finisher.
