Another North Georgia wideout with outstanding hands and the ability to make giant plays in the red-zone, Hulsey is a Dahlonega native with impressive size at 6-foot-6 200-pounds who knows how to use it to his advantage. He’s a mismatch in single coverage and a jump-ball machine due to his height and strong hands. He’s fresh off a really strong sophomore season where he caught 48 passes for 513 yards and six touchdowns. He was named 1st-Team All-Region and did it in just his second high school season. He’s a 2028 pass-catcher to keep a close eye on moving forward who was an easy addition to the latest rankings update.
