for the entire game. The offense as a whole had a slow start with zero points in the 1st half but he consistently produced chunk gains in the 2nd half. Bowers showed excellent vision, toughness and contact balance to grind out yards and wear the Bulldogs defense down. The whole offensive line stepped up and create nice lanes on their 1st scoring drive and Bowers put them on the board. The touchdown was an impressive run, he found the cutback lane showing nice anticipation and solid strength to run through arm tackles.

is a very good athlete at 5-foot-9, 175 pounds out of Knoxville West High School with the versatility to play all DB spots. He displays great feet to mirror and match in press and off man coverage. Good technique, Bowers stays square and patience with good pad level and shows active feet to maintain leverage. Bowers shows great ball skills and is a very good playmaker with the ball in his hands. At safety, he shows good recognition ability to read route concepts. His versatility in coverage with mixing up alignments and techniques is impressive.
