Allen is a fantastic athlete who can do it all but has been a tackling machine for Central through 2 years of Varsity. He’s a hard-hitting linebacker with the range of a DB yet has the proper size for the second level. I could see him as a DB, but he’s willing to be so physical that I can’t imagine he comes off the 2nd level. He tracks the ball well through traffic and comes to balance nicely. To put up 181 tackles, 18 TFLs, a pair of sacks, interceptions, and fumbles you have to be doing something right.
