is the ultimate playmaker at quarterback for Cornell. His ability to make plays inside and outside the pocket is excellent. Inside the pocket, he shows a big arm, and he knows how to throw the ball with touch on deep balls. I love how he throws with a perfect amount of touch on the deep balls so receivers can run under the ball and make the catch. Stuckey’s great strength, though, is his ability to scramble around and make plays with his feet. He is excellent at extending plays and always looking downfield to find open receivers. Stuckey is a good athlete as well, and if he does not get recruited as a quarterback at the next level, playing somewhere else is a possibility.
I liked the way that 2026 Cornell (PA) QB Mark Stuckey threw the ball during 1-on-1s at the Fairmont State Elite Camp today. He’s a smaller quarterback, but he showed fundamental throwing mechanics in his delivery. I thought Stuckey’s best attribute during the camp was throwing accurately to the sideline and hitting his receiver’s outside shoulder. He consistently put the ball where it needed to be for his man to secure an easy catch, often not allowing the defensive back to make a play on it.

wowed me. I didn’t expect to see such a lively arm out of the 5’10, 165-pound passer. The ball easily lifts off his hand, a testament to mechanical work and powerful hip torque. I’d make the easy case that Stuckey has a more powerful arm than some of the quarterbacks on this list, especially ones that are over 6’1. Confident and a bit of flare to his game, Stuckey has done enough to be elevated off of our watch list.

is a good athlete who plays quarterback for Cornell. His ability to scramble around and make plays with his feet is impressive. He does a great job of scrambling around and keeping his eyes downfield to find open receivers. He has a strong arm and can put good touch on deep balls thrown his way. He also does a good job of on-designed quarterback run plays by using his athleticism to break tackles. Stuckey had a good year and should improve next season, especially throwing the ball.
