“Norris is quick to process. He does a great job scanning every level of the field to find open receivers, hitting them in stride, and constantly moving the ball downfield. Norris also has some impressive ball placement. He can fit passes into some tight windows and does an excellent job leading his guys on deeper passes, putting them only where they can make a play on it.

On top of that, Norris has the speed, mobility, and elusiveness to carve up defenses on the ground as well. He can easily avoid pressure and evade defenders in the open field- his dual threat abilities make him such a tough player to stop.”

Norris made a bunch of really impressive plays this year, and quickly made me a big fan after watching his tape. We all need to keep an eye on him this upcoming fall. He’s a talented player with a huge year ahead.
