A first look prospect that I got my eyes on out of Kansas, was Spring Hill (KS) defensive end Mark Debiak. Mark was another intriguing prospect via the early morning session in testing shows impressive explosiveness with a 9’6 broad jump at 6’3 245 pounds. Mark showed off later in drills plenty of length with his frame, showing off instinctive hands and plenty of range with his fluid footwork and one that certainly can has the dexterity to get to the outside box with how efficiently he could crash into the backfield. Based on looking at his frame, I certainly believe there is more size that could be added to this young man and after one D2 offer, Mark was another defensive end prospect that after making the long haul to Grand Forks, picked up his first Division I offer on Saturday from the Fighting Hawks.
