Aruta is one of the best all around players in the city. Aruta has a skillset that is rare to find. He can play almost anywhere and make a major impact for his team. Last year he was primarily a running quarterback and he was excellent in this Eagles ground attack. Aruta ran for over 1,000 yards and also proved that he was able to throw the ball last season. At the Rutgers 7v7 this summer he played all over and was fantastic. Aruta will be the true leader for St Peter’s this upcoming fall.

Aruta a QB in a dominant run offense had a couple nice throws on tape but as a runner was physical and shifty between the tackles. Aruta is similar to former CBA-Albany QB/ATH/RB Jack Iacobaccio who is now a RB in college. Strong runner with some twitch.
