Malachi Momphrey continues to rise up our board, and for good reason. He just received another offer from Lyon College and holds two other offers from Hendrix and Evangel. He displays solid read-and-react skills, positioning himself effectively to challenge the catch point. Momphery also demonstrates good fluidity in his backpedal, COD, balance, and burst, allowing him to minimize separation from receivers off their breaks by staying inside the hip pocket. As a wide receiver, he is both a YAC and a vertical threat. Momphery can elude defenders in space. His change of direction, balance, and burst enable him to create separation effectively.
