Mahlik played well as a Senior in 2023. he helped the Milford Eagles to an 11-win season where they advanced to the 2nd round of the playoffs and averaged 34.6 points per game. He lines up at Center. When run blocking, he uses his good grip strength to generate movement at the point of attack created a lane for the RB and exhibits very good physical toughness as he finishes the block to the ground for a pancake. In pass pro, he effectively uses his good play strength to negate the progress of the NT at the LOS gibing the QB more time to throw.
