How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

A gritty tough player that will go 100% every down wherever you need me.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I stay calm through diversity internally but I always bring the intensity externally.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

HOSA, DECA and NHS(national honors society I have received multiple A honor roll badges

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I became an amazing leader. Team captain of the football and track team. I assist at the homeless shelter and my church.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

Covid and parental setbacks. Covid gave me a lot of time to figure myself out and how I would keep myself ready for football. And family setbacks honestly pertains to my parents love for the game. Today I have their support but I didn't always have it

What type of college are you looking for?

A college that will give me a good education and I will play great football.

I really thought Maalik got a chance to show his full skillet here as he was behind a very talented back this past season. Maalik did a good job in the agility circuit and showed very good burst coming out of his change of direction drills. Maalik has received some college interest at this time.
