Leair and Cedarburg battled their way to a 1 point Week 1 victory over a very talented Grafton team. Now they turn their attention towards a Week 2 matchup with Wauwatosa West. Cedarburg will look to continue to build on their dominant Week 1 offensive output where they were able to create 400+ yards of total offense. Luke was a big contributor to that with his 6 receptions, 52 yards, and a TD.
Leair has a really good base of talent to build on at the next level. He has a great frame for the TE position. His athleticism allows him to line up inline at TE or out wide. The senior TE proved in Week 1 he could stretch the seam and high point the ball. Plus he does a good job using his frame to protect the ball at the catch and then runs hard to gain extra yards after the catch. Check out the Week 1 highlights from one of the best at his position.
