Strunk wins with precision and discipline rather than flash. His ball placement consistently puts receivers in positions to succeed, especially in tight windows. He shows a strong understanding of leverage, often throwing guys open before they fully separate. Mechanically, he’s clean — everything is calm, complacent, and consistent. There’s very little wasted movement, which helps with both timing and accuracy.

He’s particularly effective between the hashes, where he consistently delivers strikes in congested areas. His decision-making is controlled, rarely forcing throws that aren’t there. He understands how to manage the game while still taking calculated shots when opportunities present themselves.

Strunk has an impressive arm- I was really taken aback by how easy it was for him to push the ball downfield last season, he has some serious arm strength and can deliver massive passes from the pocket when he’s under pressure and off-platform. It’s seriously impressive watching Strunk’s mechanics- he throws a really pretty ball and does a great job placing it only where his WRs can make plays on it.

I was even more impressed with Strunk’s internal clock- he has a great feel for pressure and does well avoiding it, rarely taking sacks and always getting the ball out to his WRs quickly.
