One of the biggest compliments you can give an athlete has labeling them as a “winner.” I would say Lleyton Hoard Lleyton Hoard 6'3" | 180 lbs | QB Frankenmuth | 2026 State MI exemplifies that. Leading a powerful offense that battled its way to a state title game appearance isn’t easy, especially in the competitive D5, but Hoard did just that. He’s a well rounded quarterback that doesn’t really struggle with anything. Solid mechanics, good decision making and spot-on accuracy make him a threat through the air, but he has no issue tucking it and dealing damage on the ground as well. Frankenmuth has developed a ton of really good athletes over the years, and this kid is the latest example. Good coaching, good physical tools and a great work ethic has landed Hoard in a great spot heading into his senior season.

I think Lleyton may be one of the biggest stock risers in in his class currently. He has done a nice job of continuing to become a well rounded QB. In the pocket he is a sound decision maker, and displays above average arm strength. His footwork will need to continue to approve, but I think that will come as he gets more comfortable. He also has a nice ability on the ground, as he can escape the pocket, throw on the run or tuck it and go get yards with some good speed. If Hoard continues to work hard and develop his skill, I think he will end up being a very popular prospect.
