Davenport was another player on that Bath defensive front who had a strong game. LJ has great length that he uses well. He does a great job of long arming blockers to gain leverage and then sheds to pursue and make plays. He did a great job of pursing on plays like wide receiver screens and plays that were meant to stretch the field horizontally. Davenport lined up as a defensive end for the Wildcats, but I like him as a rush tackle at the next level. His size and athleticism will play up on the inside. Davenport holds an offer from Ohio Dominican.
