Davis is an electric athlete who is also a star basketball player for Orange. He can extend plays with his legs like no other. On Friday, Davis made several plays on third and fourth downs, including a third-down and 8 from his own 8-yard line that led to a 38-yard passing touchdown that same possession. After a rough start to the game, Davis bounced back and never looked back as he led his Pioneers to victory.

Davis is a dangerous dual threat quarterback who we have ranked as the top Quarterback in the 2026 class. Davis can hurt defenses in a multitude of ways. From the pocket he can make elite throws to all three levels. He has easy arm strength and the ability to throw the ball into windows. When the pocket breaks down, Davis, is explosive and dynamic in his ability to avoid the rush. He does a good job of keeping his eyes downfield but has the vision and speed to tuck the ball and run for chunk plays. He’s a fluid passer who can throw a strong deep ball while on the run. Davis has offers from South Florida and the MAC, but I expect him to add G5 offers and start to garner P4 interests if not offers this offseason.

Levi played well as a Sophomore in 2023. His solid play was a bright spot in the 4-7 season of the Olentangy Orange Pioneers. He does a good job of seeing the field and making his reads. He possesses a smooth release and possesses very good arm strength as he delivers the ball 40+ yards with ease. He shows good accuracy as he delivers the ball to the correct shoulder on all 3 levels of the field giving the WR a chance to maximize YAC. He passes the ball well on the move while rolling out. He displays above-average mobility as he escapes the rush and outruns all defenders on a long touchdown run.

Last season, Levi’s very good play was a bright spot in the 4-7 season of the Olentangy Orange Pioneers. He effectively reads the defense and delivers an accurate ball to all three levels of the field with solid arm strength on short and intermediate routes and with good touch on the deep ball. He displays good ability to pass the ball on the move when rolling out. He exhibits very good poise in the pocket as he delivers an accurate pass with a defender in his face. He displays solid mobility as he uses his good play speed and athletic ability to pick up a first down on his own.

Davis is a very impressive young QB. He’s a very polished and well-rounded QB. As a passer he has easy arm strength. He also is able to place the ball in small windows to his receivers. He can win from in the pocket, and he can win on the run when they move the pocket. He has the athleticism to get out and run, but I’m very impressed with his discipline to no use that as a crutch which a lot of young quarterbacks do. He does a great job of being locked-in to keeping his eyes downfield and making plays with his arm. Levi can make plays with his legs as needed which really stresses defenses and allows him to move the chains in situations where the pass isn’t there. As Davis continues to grow, get stronger, and develop as a Quarterback I’m very excited to see his game really take off.
