was right there with Barrett as the most athletic quarterback in attendance. We got a chance to watch Owens run the shuttle and the change of direction speed was off the charts. So it wasn’t a surprise that his time of 4.34 seconds was the fastest at the camp, narrowly beating out Barrett. Owens was also tied for the fifth fastest time in the 40-yard dash with a time of 4.90. Owens then had a good day throwing the ball. He was accurate and when you combine that athleticism, speed and throwing ability, you have a quarterback with a bright future.
