Mr. Nalls was listed on the watch list as an offensive lineman but he can also get it done on the defensive side of the ball as well. Working as a Mike backer, he flashes his ability to fill holes in run support by shooting the gap and disrupting plays in the backfield. There’s one play in the beginning of his highlights that really stands out. In this clip, he drops back into the hook/curl drop and is able to bolt to the flat where the checkdown was hit. Right as the ball carrier is going to make a move this young man comes out of nowhere and delivers a monster hit on the ball carrier. It’s this type of aggressiveness and physicality that stands out, an area I’m interested to see more of out of this young man. Twitter
