That’s what we’re all about here at Prep Redzone, covering as many young men as possible. Without further ado, let’s dive into Twitter Mania Here and Now Pt. 3

Mr. Nalls was listed on the watch list as an offensive lineman but he can also get it done on the defensive side of the ball as well. Working as a Mike backer, he flashes his ability to fill holes in run support by shooting the gap and disrupting plays in the backfield. There’s one play in the beginning of his highlights that really stands out. In this clip, he drops back into the hook/curl drop and is able to bolt to the flat where the checkdown was hit. Right as the ball carrier is going to make a move this young man comes out of nowhere and delivers a monster hit on the ball carrier. It’s this type of aggressiveness and physicality that stands out, an area I’m interested to see more of out of this young man. Twitter
Highlights
Mr. Larson is a young man that I’ve been covering for the last few seasons and one that continues to improve each year. This young man is the epitome of when people say they want their lineman to be physical and aggressive up front which is seen throughout his highlights. Turn on the highlights below and in the very first clip he gets out of his stance quickly to block in open space for a receiver screen where this young man completely decimated the cornerback upon initial contact. Segway this to his run blocking and much is the same whether he’s blocking in-line or pulling as a lead blocker to pick up 2nd level blocks. Safe to say defenders know that when they play Kaneland they’re going to be in for a long physical night. In terms of his pass protection, he gets out of his stance quickly to mirror and tie up the rushing defender once he’s latched on. This is an area that continues to improve year in and year out as well. Twitter
Highlights
Mr. McCarter is an impressive young man that can make his threat known as both an X receiver as well as a return man. In both, his foot quicks are on full display to either win over the top or set up his team in a good starting field position. Specifically, as a receiver, he has the ability to go up and get it on 50/50 balls securing contested catches as well as flashing his high catch radius as well. One area to keep a close eye on is his ability to get in/out of his breaks quickly as he snaps his routes off – this creates good separation on the play as defenders have to worry about him winning over the top. Safe to say wherever this young man lands at the next level they’re going to get an impact player that can swing momentum in their team’s favor with his explosiveness. Twitter
Highlights
Mr. Barberi is taking snaps as a fullback this fall season and man his skill set out of this position is dominant. Once the ball is in his hands he gets through the line of scrimmage quickly and uses his foot quicks to break long runs to the house. The first minute or so of his highlights is him breaking long runs for TDs. What I’m interested to see more of is his ability in the air attack as his skill set would pose a threat there as well. All in all, if you don’t fill gaps correctly and let this young man slip through the cracks he’s going to break it for six on a consistent basis. Twitter
Highlights
Mr. Nesbit was on the Watch List coming into this fall season and he’s off to a good start showcasing why he deserves a bump to the rankings. His ability to threaten the edge as he turns the corner and then gets vertical to break long runs is one to watch. In the first clip in his highlights below, he’s able to not only turn the corner but he’s able to maintain body control as he breaks a long run along the sideline to get in for six. With such a good start, I’m very interested to see how he performs the rest of this season. Twitter
