Another D1 caliber athlete who is dominating on both sides of the ball is Kenosha Bradford’s WR/DB Lorenzz Pratt. The soon to be senior holds that top ATH spot for us because of how dangerous he has proven to be on both sides of the ball. At WR he wins with his superior athleticism. Speed and quickness make him tough to match up with and he surprises DBs with the power he has loaded into his frame. That power repeatedly flashes on defense where he devastates WRs with his tackles. Plus he has that quick twitch reactive athleticism to play lock down man to man coverage all over the field. Larenzz is one of the best skill players in Wisconsin.

Larenzz is a legitimate D1 level athlete. His combinations of athleticism and power, fluidity and violence separate him from the crowd. Pratt makes this list because he makes it look so easy running stride for stride with WRs, reacting to their breaks in a split second, and then getting in position to become the WR instead of the DB. Larenzz ended his junior season with 5 INTs and returned 3 of them for TDs. When he wasn’t securing those picks he was delivering the hardest hits I have seen from a CB. This kid is one that D1 programs need to have on their boards.

Rise: #41 up to #29
Larenzz has earned the top ATH spot after his junior season. The 2027 WR/DB is a force on either side of the ball. I project him best as a DB at the next level, but the kid could contribute either side of the ball. On defense Larenzz plays with an unmatched level of speed and power. He is outstanding at tackling in space, and his power paired with his closing burst has left us with a highlight reel loaded up with devastating open field tackles. Pratt has outstanding range in zone coverage, quickly reading the QB or baiting him into a bad decision and accelerating in an instant to the ball. He has the natural ball skills to create turnovers too. You can’t question the speed either. Easily turning and running with guys downfield and also using that speed to carve up the secondary on offense.
As a receiver you really get a sense of how smooth he is with his route running. He glides through his routes, but at the breaks you see the power to burst out of them and open up that space. The playmaker can do so much with the ball in his hands too. This is a special talent coming out of Kenosha. Someone I believe has a D1 ceiling.

Another outstanding WR/DB 2027 is Lorenzz Pratt out of Kenosha Bradford. The 6′ 165 lbs athlete has been a varsity contributor since he was a freshman. I love the way he plays on Friday nights. He has all the physical tools necessary when it comes to agility, acceleration, balance, route running nuances and reliable hands. What separates him is the physicality that the 165 lbs athlete brings to the field. On offense Larenzz has the elusiveness to make DBs miss, but he also won’t hesitate to lower the shoulder and earn some tough yards. That carries over to defense where the sophomore will close on the ball like he is shot out of a cannon and deliver huge hits. Pratt is on his way towards big things based on the way he plays. He is must watch.

Larenzz debuts as our WR1 in the Class of 2027! He impressed with his freshman tape. He impressed in person at the Prep Redzone WI showcase. Pratt has turned heads early and often, and his game is only going to get better as he learns the position and develops his athletic tools. Larenzz’s football IQ is well on its way towards being elite. He attacks soft spots against zone coverage. He has a good sense of where defenders are while stretching the field. Larenzz has strong instincts and vision after the catch. He will set up blocks and find seams to attack. The incoming sophomore also has a strong base of balance and body control. Traits that allow him to be an effective route runner. Look for WR1 to have a breakout season in 2024.

It was awesome to get 2027 WR1 Larenzz Pratt out to the showcase and get a beginning base of his combine numbers. The freshman measured in at just over 5’10” 161 lbs and it is clear he has built a good base of muscle on that frame already. Lauren ran a 4.50 in the shuttle, and broad jumped 8’2″.
What was really impressive was how much faster and explosive Larenzz was when we got to the live action. He is such a smooth athlete, playing with no wasted movement. Pratt’s balance allows him to run sudden routes and that led to plenty of space for the QB to target. Pratt also did a good job tracking the ball in the air. He also was able to make several impressive catches through contact. I’m very excited for him to take the next step in his development.

A freshman who made a varsity impact is WR1 Larenzz Pratt. Pratt was a problem for DBs with his speed and route running. He has natural hands that easily snag the ball out of the air. Pratt wins with his natural athletic gifts, so that has him as a must watch during the combine. I’m also looking forward to seeing how well he runs routes. He is only a freshman, but his burst and acceleration plus his body control have him looking like a veteran at the HS level. I’m expect a big day for the freshman athlete.

WR comes to us from Kenosha Bradford where they have been pumping out impressive WR prospects for years on end. Next up looks like Lorenzz Pratt. Pratt already shows the balance and explosive burst in and out of breaks that open up separation. It shows up after the catch too with his jukes when avoiding DBs. The freshman also has the speed to stretch the field. We saw him in the slot a lot and he was able to split safeties up the seam with success. Larenzz is a natural hands catcher on top of the impressive athletic traits. The freshman WR has a strong starting point as he look sot continue to turn into a matchup nightmare. Don’t miss this kid.
