Many people may not know too much about this Mid-Tennessee O-lineman but if you watch his new senior clips, what you will see is a 6’5 prospect with a good body, arm length and the mobility to contend on the college level. Pearson is a big dude with a nice frame that can take on more weight but what I like about this senior product is his physical competitiveness and lower base mobility. The Rebels senior O-lineman moves well off the snap then locks on to his defender and works at pushing him down field. Pearson shows good bend on film along with natural strength that stone walls his opponents. He can also block in open space, which tells me he could play tackle on the next level but maybe his upside resides best inside at guard. Maybe it’s too late in the process for Pearson to gain enough traction for the D1 and even FCS level but I would take a flier on this guy as I see good upside with him and the ability to play multiple O-line positions.
