What's your biggest strength as a player, and how does it show up in games?
Always showing up and being ready. Setting the tone early for my team. I will run great routes and showcase my strong hands and toughness.
What are you working to improve right now?
Getting stronger and faster. I'm expected to be a leader going into my Sophomore year. May end up starting both ways, but looking to make the biggest impact on offense this season.
What are you looking for in a college program?
Best fit for me. Not sure what I want to study yet, but want a strong program, coaching staff and potential to play early.
Outside of your sport, what should coaches know about you?
I am always trying to better myself. I've hit the weight room hard starting in December 2025 and have put on 15-20 lbs going into the Fall 2026 (Sophomore) season.
What do you want to study, and what career interests you?
Not really sure right now. I do enjoy Science & Engineering subjects as well as Business right now.

Landrey was another one of the top receivers at the Exposure camp this past weekend. Showing strong hands able to snatch the ball out of the air even with the rainy conditions. He is a fluid quick twitch route runner who knows how to create space for himself and get open. With a good physical build as well he makes for a ideal slot WR. Quick enough to beat DBs in tight space and strong enough to go across the middle. Landrey is a player I have seen a few times this spring and he impresses me each time. He should have a big time season this fall for SMR.
Landrey is a player whop stands out every time I see him. He continues to improve & impress, and I expect a big sophomore season from him. An excellent route runner, Phillips makes sharp cuts and is in & out of breaks quickly with burst/explosiveness. He showcases elite hands. Consistently catching the ball away from his body, plucking the ball out the air & catching it in stride to get some good RAC. A well slapped together player as well, Landrey plays with good physicality and strength in making tough catches down the field. Landrey will be a player to watch for sure this upcoming fall.
