Landan had an excellent senior season and is the type of player who impacts the game across all 3 phases of the game. That playmaking ability lead to him making a massive jump in the recent rankings, moving up almost 250 spots to being a top 150 overall player.
A key player for St. Paul’s in their run to MIAA Class B champions this year, Landan stood out as a WR/DB and as a returner. He is a good body athlete with lean muscle and nice length. Quick, twitchy and electric with and without the ball. Landan shows great balls skills, can go and snatch it and a ball hawk on D. Can play in the slot on offense and is effective as a rusher either from the backfield or in the jet sweep game out of the slot. He offers excellent versatility as a DB, able to play CB, SS, or as a Nickel. Physical on D, Landan will come up & hit, strong in supporting the run, and will throw his body around / not shy of contact one bit. Can see him being recruited on either side of the ball depending on scheme/fit/need.
A true ATH prospect, Landan made plays for St. Paul’s in almost every possible way. Making big plays and TD scores on Off, racking up tkls & INTs on D, and having multiple big returns for scores. Landan currently holds 3 FCS offers and should be considered one of the top uncommitted players in the area.
