Mitchell checks into our last rankings update for the 2026 class as a top five player in the state and the top linebacker in this class. He has the ideal size, athletic ability and fluidity in space for the P4 level and should be a immediate impact guy for Utah. On tape, he plays fast and is always around the ball while possessing elite closing speed and hawks down ball carriers behind the line with well timed pressures and great pass rushing abilities off the corner. He has many tools in his chest both in run support, blitzing and when in coverage and is a very well balanced prospect with plenty of growth potential and a high upside moving forward.
