About Kyler
Expert Analysis
Rob Howe | Prep Redzone Scout
Beelman impacted games in all three phases as a Keokuk sophomore in 2025. The defensive back/wide receiver came up with 18.5 tackles, nine of which were solo stops. He intercepted a pass and caught four balls for 23 yards. He kicked off a couple of times, made 10 of 14 extra-point attempts and handled the team’s punting duties, averaging 30.1 yards on 21 tries. There’s not much evidence of his exploits on-line, but his Hudl page does house clips from a few individual games last fall. Beelman is a good athlete that started for the basketball team as a 10th-grader this winter. On the gridiron, he’s a versatile prospect in the secondary with capabilities to stick in coverage or support the run. His actions are fluid and usable speed is present. Beelman is a guy who could take a significant step forward in the fall.
