. The 2027 Cardinal Hayes prospect will be playing his final season at Hoboken High School in New Jersey. Finishing with a score of 20, the 6’3″ 200-Pound QB, had some of the best mechanics in attendance, and threw an outstanding ball with good placement and a quick motion and release.

Kyle will be transferring back to New Jersey next season, but I’m a big fan of him as a prospect so I wanted to give him a shout here-also under measurements. He’s a really big, built kid. He’s gonna test very well size wise, and he’s gonna look big in shorts and a T-shirt. He’s the type of kid that’s gonna turn heads walking up to registration. Similar to Pooty, colleges are gonna love the measurements they see after the event.

After writing about Kyle earlier this morning, I received some news regarding the talented QB. Mercorelli who transferred into Cardinal Hayes from Hudson Catholic, missed most of the season due to an injury. Mercorelli will be heading back to NJ for his Senior Season, this time heading to Hoboken High School.
Standing at 6’3″ 200-Pounds, Mercorelli displays an outstanding frame for a QB. He showcases an elite arm, paired with good accuracy. His IQ is off the charts and he excels at reading a defense. Best of Luck in NJ Kyle.

Mercorelli is my favorite NY quarterback I’ve watched. His velocity is off the charts. Up there with the top prospects in the country-he has the best arm in New York. And he’s not a slouch of an athlete either. He can really move around. He takes calculated risks-ones that usually pay off because he can fit the ball in such small spots. He’s smart, strong, big frame, athletic. The perfect package for a P4 college looking for a 4 year starter. And he’s still got a year to speed up his decision making. When he falls in love with taking layups and mixing in the three pointers-he’ll be unstoppable.

Mercorelli, transfered into Hudson Catholic with high expectations. The 2027 signal caller, battled injury this season, which has lead to the record we see when we look at Hayes from a distance. Hayes can win this game, and if they want to do so it will take a career game from their signal caller. Mercorelli is a solid QB, and I believe in him. Look out for him in Catholic League play next season.

Mercorelli transferred from Hudson Catholic to Cardinal Hayes, and although he had big shoes to fill at Hayes, he came to New York with some quality film from his time at Hudson Catholic.
Mercorelli checks the measurables box at 6’3 “200. He shows good poise in the pocket, and his overall arm talent is impressive. He can put some good velocity on his throws in the short and intermediate area of the field. I’m excited to see him against NY competition, and he comes to Hayes as easily as the most impactful transfer in NY into next season.
