Kyle impressed once again at a PRZ Showcase as he is poised to have a big senior year at West Springfield. With excellent size and build to go with plus athleticism for the position, he looks the part when you see him out there on the field. Showcasing good arm strength, Kyle can push it deep down the field or shoot it with good velocity. Able to move and throw well on the run, he offers playmaking ability from outside the pocket. I’ve seen Kyle a few times thing spring and he continues to impress and should be one to watch in NoVa this fall.

He continues to look the part and looks bigger and stronger each time I see him. Lewis will have plenty of weapons including reigning all conference selections Dillan Wickham Dillan Wickham 6'0" | 180 lbs | RB West Springfield | 2027 State VA and Jevon Austin Jevon Austin 5'10" | 170 lbs | WR/DB West Springfield | 2027 State VA back this fall. Kyle looked very comfortable leading West Springfield and has been turning heads this off-season. From his work at our winter showcases to tearing through any 7v7 tournament, expect him to shine for the Spartans and make the transition from his big brother go smoothly for Coach Parker’s squad.

Kyle Lewis Kyle Lewis 6'4" | 210 lbs | QB West Springfield | 2027 State VA has looked very impressive in the off-season showcases and 7v7 circuits. He is expected to take over starting quarterback duties at West Springfield now with big brother off to Bridgewater. Lewis ran a 4.8 40 back at our West Virginia showcase and looks stronger and faster than a year ago. I expect a big senior year from him, the Spartans will be ready.

Kyle Lewis Kyle Lewis 6'4" | 210 lbs | QB West Springfield | 2027 State VA earned a 2nd team selection at the quarterback position at the showcase. He has great size (6’3) and shows a good arm. His mechanics and footwork are also excellent. The ball comes out of his hand well as he throws a good football. Someone with his size and throwing ability is a stock riser. I find it hard to see 36 quarterback better than him in the 2027 class.

Back healthy and poised to be the Spartans new starting quarterback in 2026, Kyle Lewis Kyle Lewis 6'4" | 210 lbs | QB West Springfield | 2027 State VA certainly helped himself with his outing over the weekend. He dropped his 40 time to 4.8 which for his size and length is very impressive. He also had a great showing in the team and individual drills, making many precise throws. This was a tall task for Lewis considering he was most likely not familiar with the receiver room being out of state, it sure did not seem to matter. I will be interested to see his overall testing numbers as he had all of the coaches talking.

I think Lewis’s first time out at one of our camps answered this question if I’m being honest. Another impressive showing will all but prove it to me. Not only is it crowded, it’s talented too. Size and arm potential is there, this when projecting Kyle Lewis Kyle Lewis 6'4" | 210 lbs | QB West Springfield | 2027 State VA ‘ potential to lead the program in the future. I think there isn’t much of a question as to whether or not this kid has what it takes. Just a matter of making it happen. Kyle, much like Scott, will likely have to be patient when it comes to recruitment buzz. I implore that for QBs this size and this talented, the snowball can grow quickly. Can Kyle show enough at this event to force my hand and sing his praises to Division I schools? He’s close, we’ll see.
