He will be the same way on the football field, as he will have the chance to be the star and the captain for a Northwest team that is out for revenge. Cummings is one I definitely want to see at some point this spring.

Cummings is an excellent defensive back and wide out. This season, he will be featured more at the wide out position than ever before. He is the type of player that can do so much to impact his team in positive ways. He is a dynamic athlete who can route run, catch and run with the ball in his hands. He is a threat on all facets of the game, returning punts, defensive back and receiver. Cummings is going to put the state on notice this year at wide out. He is someone college programs must have on their boards.

Cummings is a player that I have gone to bat for constantly, as I believe that he will be a defensive back at the next level. He is one of the better ball hawks in the state, and he was a problem for any north Georgia team that stepped in his path. He was able to make a difference in all three phases of the game, as the Bruins’ defensive back had many takeaways, receiving touchdowns, and returns for six. Cummings is easily a top player at the position in the state, but he will need to keep working forward to earn his offers.

Cummings is an everything player. He has the ability to play on special teams along with his base positions on both the offensive and defensive sides of the field. He is now expected to gain more reps on the offensive side of things, as he has the chance of becoming one of the better wide receivers for the Bruins. I believe he is a college prospect, and many thanks are due to the work he has put in this offseason. Cummings is the man, and everyone will see that this season.

Cummings is quietly one of the most productive players in Georgia, and he had a solid showing at our tournament over the weekend. The way he tested is clearly indicative of what you see on tape. He is a smooth, fluid athlete with some bounce. He was a top tester in the broad jump and the L-drill, two tests that perfectly encapsulate his game. Cummings is another sleeper with late bloomer potential.

He plays with God-given and natural ability yet plays with an edge showcasing a fearless level of play. He has great agility, tremendous ball skills and is ultra talented at the defensive back and the wide out positions. I’m looking forward to seeing how he competes against other talent. I feel Cummings is going to have a huge Showcase Day this weekend.

Cummings has made the switch to play defensive back instead of wide receiver, which is a very favorable decision in my opinion. He will be playing against a plethora of different prospects in the state who are ranked, but I believe there is no chance that Cummings isn’t ranked following this event. Cummings is expecting a major day at the position, and I believe he will test quite well. He will look to put the Bruins on the map with this performance.
