brings intriguing upside to the perimeter with a college-ready frame at 6-foot-4 and a skill set built to stress defenses vertically. The Howard Tech receiver established himself as a true deep-ball threat, routinely turning receptions of 30 yards or more into touchdowns and forcing defensive backs to respect his ability to win down the field.
What separates Manley from a typical height-and-speed target is his nuance as a route runner and his effectiveness after the catch. He shows surprising shiftiness in and out of breaks, creating separation at the top of routes, and once the ball is in his hands he’s capable of generating extra yardage by making defenders miss in space. With his combination of size, vertical explosiveness, and run-after-catch ability, Manley profiles as a receiver who can impact the game beyond just jump-ball situations.

Korey is a player I have really liked this season and was glad to see him pick up his first offer and first P4 offer this past weekend from Syracuse.
I saw him live in his first game of the year and he made some big plays in that game and hasn’t stopped all fall. He’s a long lean body WR with a smooth stride who comes off the ball with nice acceleration. Able to get on top of the DB and pushed vertical, Korey tracks the ball well and shows natural hands. A player that has taken his game to the next level this season. Expect Korey to made a big jump in the next PRZ MD Rankings after the season and continue to pick up interest & offers from more colleges this winter and spring.

A big play wide receiver for Howard Tech, Korey was a big reason for their blowout victory over the weekend. Korey totaled 4 rec. for 150 yds and 2 TDs in the game and those TDs came on impact plays. The first score was an 80yd bomb where he ran past and then away from the defense. He then had a 50yd TD catch where he stemmed his route well, then stuck his foot in the ground on a post route to create separation. This caused the DB to open up gave the space for Korey to run right by the defense once again for the score. Overall, Kore is a long, lean body WR with a smooth stride that comes from him being a track runner. He comes off the ball with nice acceleration, quickly gets on top of the DB and pushes vertical on his routes. Korey shows the ability to track the ball well and has natural hands…always catching the pass away from the body. For now he is mainly used in screen or vertical game, so I would like to see him develop a full route tree over time.
Korey is a prospect on the rise after this weekends performance. If he can continue to have games like that this season expect colleges to be reaching out and think he will show well on the camp circuit next summer.

He excels mainly at high-pointing the football and making the catch with his strong hands. His highlights showcase his big-plan potential. Manley can stretch the field vertically, has good lateral movement, and can make defenders miss in the open field.
