Kolton falls into the same category as TJ, evaluated above. Kolton shows good route running and hands, but overall doesn’t have that second gear needed to be a heavily recruited prospect. Kolton’s film shows impressive vision and north-south running. I don’t see amazing athleticism on tape, but his Athletic.net tells a slightly different story. According to Athletic.net, Kolton ran an 11.27 100M dash in May. That translates to a 4.7s 40-yard dash, and that’s solid for a 6’1″ receiver. For now, Kolton holds strong at #275 and I believe he can receive offers after next season.
