He’s knocking on the door of being a top ten overall prospect and he certainly has displayed that kind of talent over the last two seasons. Rallo first got on our radar during his freshman season. He was one of the first 2028 prospects in the state to receive a D1 offer. Then his sophomore season, he took his game up a completely different level. We put on the tape from last season and were blown away by his overall playmaking ability. There wasn’t much on the football field that Rallo wasn’t able to do and do at a very high level. He’s certainly a 2028 prospect that needs more love moving forward because he belongs near the top of this class.
