Very underrated. Tough cover CB with outstanding coverage skills. Can long-arm opposing receivers, make plays on the ball and win one-on-one battles. Displays good use-of-hands, very good technique, has enough height for the position. Has a chance to be really, really good in the right college program.

With the Bulldogs getting the ball back after the kickoff return for a TD they needed a score. Unfortunately for them, Hamilton Southeastern was locked in. playing their best ball of the year. Kelly came up with a huge interception and got the ball right back for the Royals which allowed them to run out the clock and get the win. Kelly has had a sound season and is breaking out right in front of us as we speak.
