Brooks is another quick and shifty slot type of receiver who should have a varsity role as a sophomore this season on both sides of the ball. Game film is limited of Brooks right now to evaluate, but from watching some clips on his social media, he has good footwork for his age and fluid hips in his route breaks that will allow him to develop into a deadly route runner in time. Brooks also has some twitch in his game and can shake defenders in the open field with serious YAC potential.”
